Kurage disclaims responsibility for any price or typographical errors, discontinued or sold-out products or force majeure. Kurage reserves the right in such cases to cancel the agreement, in part or in full, or delay delivery. Kurage accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by our products, or indirectly or directly related to our products.


Colour reproduction:

The quality and settings of computers screens can vary greatly. Kurage is therefore unable to guarantee that the colour on your screen corresponds to the exact colour of the product.


Payment options:

You can pay using the following cards in Kurage Shop:

Payment will be charged to your card account when your product is shipped from Kurage.


Right of cancellation:


You may cancel your purchase within 14 days when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

1. receive your purchase

2. have the last item in your possession if it involves a contract on several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually

3. receive the last consignment or have the last item in your possession if it involves a contract on delivery of an item divided into several consignments or parts

You must notify us within 14 of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email or the like. The notification must clearly state that you wish to exercise your cancellation right. You may also use our standard cancellation form and return it to us. You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing receipt of the item without clearly notifying us of this.

Your order must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. All direct costs associated with returning the item must be paid by you.

You bear the risk of the item from the time it is delivered to you and must make sure that any returned items are securely packaged and wrapped.

Condition of returned items:

You are only liable for any reduction in the item's value caused by any other handling than what is required to determine the type, properties and function of the item. In other words, you may try out the item in the same way as if you had tried it out in a physical shop.

If the item is handled in any other way not consistent with the description above, we will consider it as used, and you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item.

This means that in order to get a full refund you have the same rights as if you buy from a physical shop. You may try out the item, but not put it to actual use.

Purchase price refund:
If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the purchase price. In the event of a reduction in value, for which you are liable, the reduction will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you exercise your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of another delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we have received your notification of cancellation of the purchase contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method as used by you in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly accepted otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you before then have presented documentation for its return.

Kurage will not pay for return shipping.  Please note that it may take a few days before the refunded amount is available in your account.



Right of return:

In the unlikely event that you find one of the products has a defect when you receive your order, we will naturally exchange it at no expense to you. You have a 2-year right of complaint calculated from the date of receipt of goods. This means that, depending on the actual situation, you may either have your goods repaired, exchanged, have your money refunded or receive a price reduction. It is a matter of course that your claim is legitimate, and that the deficiency is not caused by wrong use of the product or other behaviour causing damage to the goods. You may complain about  flaws and deficiencies, which are not caused by negligent behaviour or wear. Any complaint must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If Kurage accepts your complaint, we shall reimburse you for postage paid for returning the goods.
Any complaint must be filed within "reasonable time" after your discovery of he defect. Your complaint shall always be deemed timely, If you complain within two months upon discovery of the defect.

On return of  any goods, please state the problem in as much detail as possible.

Any goods returned to Kurage must be safely packaged. Remember to get a receipt for dispatch of goods, so that we can reimburse you for your freight costs. 

Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or in any similar way.  

In the event that you have returned any article of goods, for which you have regretted the purchase or wish to complain, we shall always inform you per e-mail, when we have received the goods. In the mail we shall inform you about the further process related to the treatment of your regret/complaint.  

The rules regarding defects included in the Danish Sale of Goods Agency may be applied.

In the event that attempts at finding a solution prove unsuccessful, you may file a complaint to The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's centre for complaint solution:

Products are shipped using UPS. A shipping charge of DKK 75 will be added. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the package number.


Delivery time:

We will ship your order as soon as possible and have a normal delivery time of six to eight working days. If problems arise with your order or shipment, we will naturally inform you.


Personal data policy:

When you become a member of Kurage Club, subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase in our webshop, you provide Kurage with personal information such as your name, address, email address and payment card information.

You also confirm that Kurage may use the submitted information, for example to send you information about the delivery of your products, Kurage Club, special offers, etc.
